Why are there no choices available in "Type" dropdown on the reminders

I'm trying to set up Bill and Deposit reminders but can't select a Type

How can you have an "Invoice Reminder" in Deluxe ...which doesn't have Invoices? Only H&B has invoices.SO, how did you get to that dialog which who show in your snippet?

Tools --> Bill & Income Reminders --> All Bills & Deposits the selected an Item in the List and clicked "Edit"0

Did you previously use H&B and subsequently downgrade to Deluxe? Because there's no such thing as an INVOICE, let alone Invoice Reminder in Deluxe.And this could be why your dropdown box is blank.Please do HELP, About Quicken and confirm the product that you're using and the BUILD of that product.
