Problem with Chase transaction and balance updates?

Online updates for my bank account and credit card (both Chase) stopped working 2-3 weeks ago. I've reset each account multiple times, and deactivated and reactivated them, but I have to do one of those each time, otherwise new transactions don't download. My investment balances and transactions are working fine. How can I troubleshoot this?

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are using this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review:
