NOTE that the "Citizens Bank - WI" that UKR located ONLY displays "Web Connect" as a download method.SO, you can't use One Step Update to download from them (assuming that this is the correct bank) and you must sign into their website yourself and initiate the download.

it is only listed as supporting MANUAL downloading from the bank website -... Web-ConnectYou manually log into the bank website -
download activity from your account into a file -
and Import that file into Quicken -
