Citizens Bank located in Mukwonago WI cannot be located in your list of financial institutions so that I can download data for my checking and savings accounts. What do I do?

Have you tried to locate this bank name when trying to add your account in Quicken?

Don't see them listed in the supported banks -
but their website does mention Quicken - so you might contact them directly -
[EDIT] - also have suggested this posting be split off into it's own new topic
vs a piggyback onto a the current and different topic -

NOTE that the "Citizens Bank - WI" that UKR located ONLY displays "Web Connect" as a download method.
SO, you can't use One Step Update to download from them (assuming that this is the correct bank) and you must sign into their website yourself and initiate the download.

WOW.... it must have been just added....
as my FIDIR files from 1/18/21 and 3/8/21 didn't have it listed -
but the 3/11/21 update did have it listed -

try again - as it might have been just added.
    and as mentioned above -
it is only listed as supporting MANUAL downloading from the bank website -
    ... Web-Connect
You manually log into the bank website -
download activity from your account into a file -
and Import that file into Quicken -
