What can I do about this account that doesn't recognize downloaded transactions when I attempt to reconcile it?

    Please describe the problem in more detail.

    When you say "doesn't recognize downloaded transactions" do you mean that you have manually entered transactions in the register and the downloaded transactions do not automatically match to them, or do the downloaded transactions not appear in the window at the bottom of the register, or is it something different?

    after downloading the downloaded transaction, myattempt at reconciliation only tells me that there is nothing to reconcile!

    Additionally, BOA has been telling me for at least 6 months error cc501 cannot connect at this time- try back in a few hours!

    I can only download (some of the time) by going to the BOA site
