How to search for or manually enter an Options symbol?

Quicken claims it will track end of previous day option values, but I don't know how to enter it so the system recognizes it. I tried the broker symbol. No luck, I tried the 21 digit OCC symbol. Again no luck. I tried the support line. If anyone wants to spend an hour talking to somebody who know less about Quicken than they do, good luck.
