Sold Investments Reflected as Reduction in Cash
Dan Mary Driver
For the past week, when I download investment activity Quicken reflects it as a reduction in cash instead of an increase. If I edit the transaction and hit Enter, Quicken correctly records it as an increase in cash. However, it takes a very long time to have to do this for every transaction. What's happening here?

Sorry, I forgot to add that the above is for any "Sold" transaction.

Hello
@Dan Mary Driver
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
Can you please navigate to Help > About Quicken ad provide the release that you are running?
If you have not done so already, I would first check for placeholders. To learn about placeholder entries, please visit the link below.

Placeholders can affect the balance of the account and cause issues like what you have described. Please let us know what you find!
