QUICKEN CRASHES WHEN TRYING TO DO ACCOUNTS UPDATE

Every time I try to do an update using the quicken vault it Quicken crashes, it appears to update some banks, credit cards, and etc. And then crashes. Program will open up if I dont update accounts.
version : R32.10 Build: 27.1.32.10 Windows 10 Enterprise
