    I am glad someone finally fixed it. These ten days have been a pain in the neck.

    Yes, it started working for me yesterday again. I had to reconnect and it worked. - Good luck.

    Quicken is working again with Voya. But there is a twist. Of course for user name enter "username@voya" but when it asks you for a PIN, you need to enter your website password and not your regular Voya PIN. Other than that everything is working fine for Quicken Mac and I assume the PC too.

    everything is working. I had to re-add an account and that went well.

    Yes VOYA Institutional Plan Services is on the account list again and the zzz- prefix is gone.
