Tutorial on reconciling

Hello...How do I start the process of reconciling my checking account? I have entered all of my monthly transactions.

You select the account in the sidebar, and then click Reconcile at the lower right:
Alternatively, you can select the account and from the Menubar, choose Account:Reconcile
This isn't a tutorial, but that should get you started as to how you reconcile an account.

Reconcile is grayed out under account and on the menu bar. How can I change it?

Make sure you have the actual account selected in the sidebar. You can't have a grouping such as Banking or All Accounts selected-you must have the actual account highlighted.
