I've been getting duplicate transactions since March 4 on BB&T

Quicken, you say you have this resolved and to "just delete" the duplicates. Between my family members I have 12 BB&T accounts I track. The transactions duplicate 1-2 times a week going back to the first part on March, regardless of whether they have been previously deleted. Why can't you get this corrected?
