Will the Starter version do Invoices? If so, how please?

We are an HOA who needs to purchase Quicken. We use invoices for our fees. Will the starter version do that?

    No.  Stay away from Starter.  Get Deluxe or higher.  You might need Home & Business for invoices.  

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
