Is there any way to schedule an Income reminder for the 4th Wednesday of each month?

I get paid the 4th Wednesday of each month, how can I schedule that in Income reminders?

    It is easy once you know, but it is far from obvious when you start out and a day greater than 4 is select (the current day) and the last pulldown is locked at Day.
