How to Contact Quicken Support? [edited]

How do I speak to a real person?? The USAA banking issue answer is not helpful or coherent. I would appreciate speaking with a tech. I'm paying for this program & not happy with your support options.

    Why don't you describe your issue here ... and see if other users can assist.
    Include in your description of the issue:
    What Q product you're running, and what BUILD of that product.  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.  Also, from that same window ... what's your "Valid Thru" date?
    Next, exactly what issue are you having with USAA.  There are several reported issues, currently with them.
    Are you getting any error codes or messages when you try to download?
    When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to your USAA accounts?
