Not downloading most recent cleared transactions from bank

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
Today when I used "Update all accounts" and "Update selected account" there are transactions in my bank that I confirmed on their online site that have cleared today but they are not downloading to Quicken. Why would this be an issue now? It has been able to successfully do this in the past.

If you are using Direct Connect, then they should have downloaded. But if you are using Quicken Connect, then a Quicken server connects once a day -- typically in the wee hours of the morning when load on financial institution servers is lightest -- to download your transactions and hold them until you fire up your Quicken and pull those transactions down. So if the transactions in question cleared today, you'll likely see them download to Quicken tomorrow.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19931
