Transactions missing from category group

I am also having the same issue. I set up a transaction group for the beginning of every month. I execute it, then the next month the transaction group is still there but it doesn't have the transactions linked to it. I am running quicken for windows - canadian edition R28.15 and i am not using any of the web functionality.1

We will need a bit more information to be able to assist. How long have you been experiencing this trouble? Did you experience any changes that you can recall prior to this issue occurring?
Can you also please verify the file location? Storing an active data file on a cloud or network drive may cause the behavior you have described.

I started noticing the issue after the last update and it seems it just transaction groups. Also, I run the quicken data file locally, not in the cloud.0

Quicken Care has the tools to initiate a screen share to view the issue in real-time to isolate the issue further.
