how to link credit union checking

I am unable to like credit union checking account to Quicken

    • What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
    • What Credit Union.  The full name, please.
    • I assume that you mean that you can't connect your CU account to Q.  Is that correct?
    • What happens when you try to connect them?  What error codes or messages?
