Quicken and My Bank are not communicating and updating transactions and balance

    What bank, as shown at TOOLS, Account List and looking in the "Financial Institution" column?
    Also, what Q product, and BUILD of that product, are you running?  Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.  Also at that dialog, what shows as your "Valid thru" date?
    What type of account are you referencing?
    Do your accounts (cards, etc) from other financial institutions update?
