"Membership expired" message when it has not

I am using quicken from a different computer than I normally do. When I launched it, quicken updated to the latest and has a banner that says my membership expired though it has not. I click renew and sign in and get message that my subscription is good. How do I force the app to sync with my account? As I side note, I also get message that quicken service is unavailable, try again in 10 minutes when I perform one step update, maybe related?

I resolved this by creating a new quicken file, signing in to quicken and then opening the old file. All is working now.

Go to Edit->Preferences->Quicken Id and do a "login as different user"

As mentioned above ... login as different user... BUT - use your exact same ID
