I would suggest first going to Quicken Help (in Quicken, Help menu, select Quicken Help) and typing "reconcile" in the search box. Read through the first four results for some information about how reconcile works in Quicken Mac. It's not a tutorial, but it might answer some questions you have.
Then if you're still confused, post back here, and include specifics about what you're trying to do, what steps you've taken, what you're seeing, and what problem you're running into. Helping people with reconciling issues in this forum can be problematic, because we can't see your screen to see what transactions there are, what sate they're in, etc., so you have to provide a good description in order to help us help you.
The other alternative is to call Quicken Support so a representative can screen share your Quicken and see what you're seeing, and hopefully guide you through whatever issues you're having.
Also, are you brand new to Quicken Mac? If so, Quicken has a program where you can be hooked up with a support representative for an hour of one-on-one guidance. It's only for new users, but if that's you, let us know and we can tell you how to sign up for that.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
