in 28 years of using Quicken I have never seen this error message when trying to run Update:
Quicken's Online Service is currently not available. Please wait ten minutes, and then try again. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I have been waiting for 2 hours. What is going on?

Ok that seems to fix it. I changed my Quicken web password yesterday (I rotate passwords often) and this must have kicked off the issue. Then going through the above recommendation I had to reset it again for the second time in two days. At least now things are working.0
