Quicken Mac Bank Download

Hello, I currently have both Canadian and US bank accounts with the Royal Bank.  When I try to setup transaction downloads the Canadian and US accounts linked to the Canadian Website are no problem.  I also have a Bank Account and Credit Card with Royal Bank US but there doesn't seem to be a link for that.  

I have 2 online ways of accessing my Royal US bank account and credit card, one is through a link from the Canadian site www.royalbank.com or I can sign on to rbcbank.com.  

Can you help with this

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to ask your question, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

To help further isolate this issue, which option are you choosing to connect to the Canadian accounts?



Also, can you confirm the "Show Features For" setting. This is located under Quicken > Preferences > General.



Is this set to Canadian or for Both as shown above? The more information you can provide the better able to assist the Community will be.
