Program is trying to text to an incorrect number for account download. How can I fix?

I had to activate two factor authentication for my bank account. In order to update transactions, Quicken wants to text me a code (no options for email in the drop down) but has a number that is not current, or is just flat out wrong. How do I fix this? I can't update my account now unless I turn off the authentication.

FYI - this is Windows, not Mac, not sure why my question got labeled Mac.
