how to switch from one step up date to direct connection

one of my   on-line account needs to be switch from "one step update" to "direct connection" because of changes between quicken and bank.

"One Step Update" (OSU) isn't a connection method.  OSU more or less delivers what it says: with one click of the OSU icon and then entering your vault password all your connected Accounts, whatever their connection method, are updated in one fell swoop.  
If you need to change the connection method for a particular Account you edit the Account, click on the Online Services tab, then click on "Change connection method."
