I am trying to download separate transactions into 2 Chase accounts using the same username and passworde. When I download, there are extra transactions placed into one of my Chase accounts. How can this be resolved.

    Hello @Sashi

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

Do these accounts have separate account numbers or is there one account number with separate cards?

If these accounts do not have separate account numbers they will not be able to be added as separate accounts. Please confirm which scenario is the case so we can explore options to resolve your issue.

    Thank you,
    -Quicken Tyka
