I keep getting that message each time it try to download.

    I have been getting an error message all day that 'Quicken's online service is unavailable at this time'. What's going on?

    Thanks Greg - that fixed the proble. Quicken could do provide a better error message besides just waiting.

    I just had this issue. I went to an independent site for the solution. That site had comments on this issue from 2019 and 2020 as well as 2021.
    I agree that Quicken should do a better job with the message they provide. But they have already had a long time to change/fix it.

    I followed "How to Resolve the Error Message, "Quicken Online Service is Unavailable",
    and it didn't work; I continue to get the error message for several days now. I've repeated the steps at least 3 times - still not resolved. Please advise. Thanks!

    I am trying to Update my accounts yesterday and again this morning and getting this message:

    "Quicken's online service is unavailable at this time. Please wait at least 10 minutes, then try again."

    Anyone else getting this message? Any solutions?
