Quicken - adding an investment/brokerage account what version required?

Hi All,
I just renewed Quicken in 2021 and downgraded from Premier to Starter - reasons: 1) the quicken billpay feature is all but useless and I've reverted to my own bank's billpay system; 2) I don't use Quicken for much more than downloads of FI information, balancing, record keeping and record searches.
However, I've discovered that Quicken Starter apparently doesn't support adding investment/brokerage accounts. Can anyone confirm what version of Quicken is required to add brokerage accounts and do online downloads of FI from the brokerage?
Thanks

Deluxe is the edition you wanted.  It support investment accounts, loans and such, but doesn't have all the bells and whistles of Premier.
