Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. When it comes to deleting older data generally the easiest way would be to create a year end copy or delete the accounts themselves. Both are options available. With the Year end copy it will create a copy of your current file as an archive so it'll still be accessible if you do ever need the information provided. It will remove any reconciled transactions with the updated file.
