tax report misses charitable donations, others categories OK

Set and edited tax report to show standard tax deductions including charitable donations however they are not shown

They definitely do show up in the Tax Schedule report for Schedule A, but only if you are using a proper expense account.
You can use Quicken's default category for charitable contributions; it's called "Gifts & Donations:Charity". Or you can use any category you've created, but you need to set the category to be linked to the proper tax line item. You do this in the Categories window by opening the category you wish to use for charitable donations, click the "Tax-Related" box, and then on the pop-up screen, select Schedule A in the left column and "Cash charity contributions" in the center column, as you can see here:
Once your category is linked to this tax item, if you return to the Tax Schedule report, you'll see your donations listed under Schedule A.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
