Direct connect to TD Bank not available

Many years ago I set up several TD bank accounts in Quicken for direct connect to TD Bank. I just opened an additional TD account and went to set it up in Quicken. However, instead of having a choice of direct connect and web connect, the only option showing up is web connect, which doesn't allow me to transfer funds between accounts. My pre existing accounts still work with direct connect but I can't get the new account to work with direct connect because the option is not showing up, just web connect. Does anyone know what's going on?

    What are you using for the financial institution?
    I don't have a TD Bank account, but using "TD Bank Online Banking - New" when it select the Advanced Options, Direct Connect is an option.

    what is the EXACT name of your other TD accounts that are setup in Quicken ?
