@Mindylu1 I will repeat my question: is the issue you are seeing with printed reports or just with the print preview?

My experience with this problem has been solved...monitor was set for 300% text; when changed to 100% the reports showed and printed correctly. Then I reset to 300% as that works best for all other programs. Instructions in help go down a rabbit hole with lots of work and negative results.
