If I have two different files, but want the same category & account lists in both files, can I upload the same lists to the other file?
I have more than one bank account, but I don't want them listed in the same Quicken file. I have a separate file for each account. If have found that if you have all the accounts in the same Quicken file and the data gets corrupted, it corrupts the data for all bank accounts in that file.

File -> File Export -> QIF File... -> select only the Category list, and then OK.
And then in the other file:
File -> File Import-> QIF File... -> select only the Category list, browse to and load the QIF files from the export, and then OK.
