One Step update not downloading transactions for my credit union: 1ST Gateway Credit Union

It tells me it can't connect with the bank and try again later. If I try to download my transactions to my download file and import them I get an error that says Quicken is unable to completeyour request (QL-221-A)

I also get the OL-221-A error message. There is a current support ticket where Quicken apparently is trying to resolve the problem where my 401K and 357 plans are managed. I'm thinking Quicken changed something about the data format required and the new data description hasn't been shared yet with that banking institution. I'm waiting.0
