Online Service Unavailable

For the last few days I have been getting a message the Quicken's Online service is unavailable. Is this an issue on my end or yours?

I looked at the answer in FAQ. Once I sign out and "Sign in as a different user" can I use the same Quicken ID (email) or do I have to come up with another one?
