Vault Dialog Question

For some reason now the Vault password dialog pops up when I use One Step Update.
I've never used the vault so why it's coming up now is a mystery.
Then, when I click 'Settings' on the Vault enter password dialog I am told:
"The password entered does not match the stored Vault Password. Note the Vault passwords are case sensitive." I have no idea what that message has to do with settings for the Vault. If I don't have a password hoiw the heck do a makew changes to the settings???
I am also required to enter my main bank's password in the One Step Update screen, which I didn't have to do before.

First I would do a Validate & Repair.
File -> File Operations -> Validate & Repair -> Validate File -> OK
Next try deleting the Password Vault:
Tools -> Password Vault -> Delete Vault and all Saved Passwords...Signature:

I deleted all vault passwords.
Did it over again and all is fine.
I also validated and repaired.
All is ok now.
Thanks,
