quicken uninstall tool

I needed to uninstall the latest version today using the uninstall tool, It not only uninstalled quicken for windows but it also uninstalls the quicken medical manager and the desktop version of turbo tax. I thought they were separate programs

P.S. There is of course also just uninstalling from Windows "Apps & Features"?

I did use the Q clean tool. This is the second time this has happened. I don't uninstall often, just wondered if i did something wrong. I did use the uninstall all in the app
