Is it possible to Open Quicken twice on my computer?

I want to run two instances of Quicken on my PC at the same time, so I can toggle between two data files. Is this at all possible?
I am running Premier, Version R32.12, Build 27.1.32.12

No, not in the typical Windows computer.
If you run a virtual machine (VM), like Oracle VirtualBox, you could run one instance of Quicken in it and one instance in the host OS.
