Problem trying to purchase / renew subscription Windows Deluxe

Why am I getting an "under construction" error when I am trying to purchase Deluxe to replace my old 2019 expired version. When I go to pay using a credit card, It will not take.

    In your case I do recommend contacting Quicken Support via phone so that we're able to process your order if you're having difficulties. We can also take a look at the error to see what exactly is happening. I'll leave our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.
