why won't quicken (Mac) connect to bank to update purchases

    What bank?
    Did this work in the past and now it has stopped, or has it never worked?
    What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message?

    I don't when subscription ends. Quicken updates accounts with Chase bank but won't connect with Citi account. It did work until 3/18 was last update and won't update now. An error sign. comes up but it doesn't mean anything to me. Doesn't explain anything.

    I understand that the error message doesn't mean anything to you, but it will probably mean something to the people here who may be able to help you. Please try an update and let us know what the error message says.

    QMac 2017, which your profile shows, has expired and can no longer download from financial institutions. You'll need to enroll in a subscription.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
