Quicken Is Having a Problem connecting to Charles Schwab & Co.Inc

We have two separate (SINGLE) investment brokerage accounts with Schwab. When I setup one all it fine, when I try to setup the second I get this error:
"Sorry, we encountered an error. (it's not your fault)
Quicken is having trouble connecting to Charles Schwab & Co. Inc.
Try again....

But it does not work.

Any suggestions:

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue although, I apologize that you have not received a response.

    An "It's not your fault" error will require a contact to support for a review of the log files and possible escalation to resolve.


    When contacting support, be sure to let me know how long you have been receiving this error.
