Access Code has already been used

    The same thing happened to me. Bought from Best Buy (online) and get a message the access code has already been redeemed. Was in a "sealed" box. Jean, please let me know how this was resolved for you. Thanks

    Curious, was there a year printed on the box and if so, what was it?

    From what I have heard you can contact Quicken support and they can fix this problem.

    +1 here, just happened to me. Bought from Best Buy online, said it was already activated. Guess someone is making a lot of money at Best Buy selling codes.
