Damaged Data Block

Following the running of validate and Repair Quicken is showing a Damaged Data Block. What is this? How can it be fixed?

    If you run Validate and Repair again does it still give that error?
    The reason I ask is because it might have fixed it, and there isn't any other tool to fix such a problem, with the exception (which might be better) than restoring from a backup.

    Or the really painful trying to recreate the data file using a QIF export/import.
