Duplicate Entries for Credit Cards

we had to get a new Credit Card after previous one was compromised. we just added the new card (different CC #) and BofA returned the transactions.
Issue is that 3 months of transactions came back - 2 months of which were on the 'old' card. How do I delete the transactions so they do not get double counted?

Note: In recent releases, we're able to delete a range of transactions in the Downloaded transaction(s) tab.0
