Assuming that you are using Quicken for Windows, you can protect your Quicken data file from unauthorized users by way of a Data File Password.
However, while Quicken is open and you step away from your computer, you'd have to Lock your Windows session with a password to prevent unauthorized access.

    Hello @gsiefker

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to ask your question although, I apologize that you have not received a response.

Where are you seeing this issue? Are you using Quicken on a website or are do you trying to sign in to the desktop version?

    Please let me know!

I use the desktop version and do not back up to the cloud. I used to be asked to sign in to Quicken before using. Now I just click on the logo and it opens. I do not want just anyone using my computer to be able to open it. I did not shut the logo in down to my knowledge. I just want the sign in screen back for security.
    Thank you
