Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. When it comes to duplicate transactions there are a couple of ways that you're able to deal with removing the new duplicates that you're seeing. One of the easiest would be to sort by the status column and all new downloaded transactions will appear first. This in turn lets you delete a block of transactions that already exists which could work.
