After update R33.19 installed, why One Step Update is not working properly?

Just completed this update. Now One step Update and Sync are not working properly. It only reports on one account and Sync takes nearly 5 minutes to complete.

I am still on R32.12 and I've had OSU update issues like this off and on all day long. I'm thinking the issue is not related to the version as it is to some issue with the server(s) themselves.BTW, when I updated each account individually via Update Now instead of OSU the updates completed quickly for each account. Not ideal but if you need your accounts updated while Quicken works through their system issue(s) you might want to try Update Now.

Thanks much. There were some old investment accounts that were possibly a problem. It is working properly once I eliminated these and also stopped cloud sync (I do not have his on mobile or other devices). Appreciate the quick response.1
