One Step Update Asking me to Renew

I renewed last month and just today when I use one-step update, I'm being asked to renew. When I click renew (the only choices in the box are ok and renew), it says I'm up to date, but I cannot get one-step update to work.

You might want to try signing into Quicken as a different user.  Sometimes our Quicken.com account, the Cloud Account and the Quicken program get out of sync and this will oftentimes fix that.:  Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > follow the prompts to complete signing out > Sign back in with your current Quicken ID and PW > try running OSU.
Let me know if this fixed the the issue for you.

Rebooting the computer helped. I think the Internet was going up and down.
