Bug in Morningstar X-Ray?

When you login to your Quicken Desktop and do portfolio (say you have 4 accounts in that portfolio) X Ray analysis, it shows a wrong % allocations of stock, bond, etc. However, after do the same X ray analysis for each of 4 accounts it shows correct % and also gives the correct one when you do total portfolio X ray now......Why is this?
