data disappearing

Went from Quicken 2012 to the subscription version yesterday, and all my data disappeared today. Spent hours on the phone with support, and the best she could do is migrate a two week old backup of 2012 over the to the new version. Now I have to go in and redo two weeks work. Is this a rare or periodic error to be worried about?

    I'd say rare.  I don't remember ever losing data as you have described.

    Interesting enough the next day my Quickbooks software disappeared also. Restored that from backup and had to "reregister". Assuming both caused by latest Widows update.
