Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like you're having a couple of different issues that we'd need to take a look at. To start off here we can try clearing the red flag issue. Once you've had a chance to try this let us know if you're able to get the red flags sorted. If you are we'll take a look at trying to fix the duplicates next. Additionally any extra information about if you're downloading and the FI will also help in trying to narrow the issue down.
