transactions adding to register

My transactions adding to register, in many case they are added in error just duplicate of previous transactions. Also they should not be added at all. On the account details the automatic entry is set to off and the register preferences do not have the add to register checked. Lastly even after I manually clear the transactions the red flag remains

It sounds like you're having a couple of different issues that we'd need to take a look at. To start off here we can try clearing the red flag issue.
