Why does my syncing and cloud keep processing data - its like a an ongoing loop?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
The only way to stop it is to use task manager. This is a new occurrence and frustrating. No error messages just keeps looping?

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue although, I apologize that you're experiencing this trouble.
I would first reset the cloud if you are able to do so.- Go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services.
- In the Cloud Account section, click Reset.
